Daily Classes on OASIS-E, Case Management & Medicare Clinical CoPs

Best Practice Intake Training

Strategies for risk management, medication reconciliation and discharge planning before the Admission visit is made. Offered daily.

Home Health Case Management

A must-attend class for field clinicians, clinical supervisors and case managers.

Medicare CoPs require HHAs to address ALL home health needs - clinical, functional, ADLs, social, emotional, behavioral, home safety, risk management and more. Successfully meeting all these needs is challenging at best and frequently strains agency resources.

Our Home Health Case Management class will teach you how to apply one of three (3) standard Case Management models to each admission so patients receive necessary care and staff avoid burnout. Offered daily.

OASIS-E

Like all OASIS before, OASIS-E consists of a combination of Common Working File (CWF), case management, functional, treatment and (some) clinical questions. Our daily OASIS-E class reviews Medicare's intent and instructions for completing each question. Offered daily.

Medicare Clinical Conditions of Participation (CoP)

Medicare's rules & regulations for operating a home health agency are extensive - but common sense. We focus on clinical compliance - CoPs 484.110, 484.55 & 484.60 - and the relationship to Value-Based Purchasing (VBP). This class eliminates confusion and 'myths' around Medicare clinical compliance. Offered daily.
