Coding Review - Our Team of ICD 10-certified Home Health Registered Nurse diagnosis coders can quality check your OASIS coding.  Additionally we provide coding services.

OASIS QA Review - Nurse reviewers evaluate the OASIS assessment for accuracy as well as consistency between all related documents: face-to-face, referral, H&P, nursing & therapy evaluations. 

Medication Reconciliation Review - We compare the EMR list of medications, dose, route & frequency for consistency with the referral documents & H&P  and also identify any interactions between drugs.

Careplan Review - We research the referral, OASIS, H&P, nursing & therapy evaluations and write a Medicare-compliant careplan that transitions to a work-saving clinical pathway.
